About : In 2009 I took my first spin class at a big gym and the handlesbars broke while I was riding. I was so embarrassed I swore I would never go back. But, my instructor, Jenn, was so nice I decided to give it one more try, and the rest is history! I’ve been teaching cycling and combo classes since 2012 and my goal is to do what Jenn did for me. Joining a workout class can be intimidating but once you make the decision to try, you’ll never regret it! When I’m not at the studio I might be working as a Pharmaceutical Recruiter, running with my friends or dog Yak, or making Blue Apron meals with my boyfriend Sean. I also love to travel and after going to Thailand and the World Cup in South Africa I’ve brought back awesome inspiration for new playlists.
What to expect when taking Cat’s cycling class: Expect to SWEAT. If you’re not a morning person, come to my 5:15am class and I’ll change that for you. With music that you don’t hear on the radio and work efforts that will keep you engaged, I promise that when you leave you’ll know you gave your all. Expect lots of intervals like sprints, hills, tabatas, watt and mile challenges and more.
